Do you work with issues outside of OCD and Anxiety Disorders?

Yes! While our primary areas of specialization includes treating OCD and related anxiety disorders (such as panic, phobias or social anxiety), we work with a variety of therapeutic issues. Here are some of the areas we commonly work with at Big Sky Counseling:

  • Life transitions

  • Grief/loss in relation to mental health diagnoses and relationships

  • ADHD

  • Depressive disorders

  • Faith exploration/transitions

Do you offer online services?

We offer counseling services online throughout the state of Montana with an in-person option for those residing in Great Falls depending on availability.

Additionally, Kelli Smith, LCPC, offers professional consulting services online for clinicians throughout the United States.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently in-network providers with the following insurance companies:

  • *BCBS

  • Allegiance

  • Cigna

  • Mountain Health Co-op

  • Pacific Source

  • TriCare

We also provide superbills for clients who would like to access out of network benefits.

We recommend inquiring about your coverage prior to scheduling with a clinician at Big Sky Counseling.

(*Blue Focus is not an in-network BCBS plan.  Big Sky Counseling recommends clients with an out of state BCBS plan call their insurer to verify coverage by BCBSMT.)

What is the cost of counseling?

A standard 55 minute counseling session is billed at a rate of $175/session. If you are a client using insurance benefits the out of pocket cost depends on your individual insurance plan and associated co-pays, co-insurance, or deductible limits. It is important to know and understand your insurance plan prior to scheduling. All out-of-pocket costs are charged to the client’s card on file within 48 hours of services.

What is the cost of professional case consultation?

One-Time Individual Case Consultation (55 min)-$125 total

Individual Case Consultation Package of Four Sessions (55 min each session)- $400 total

Group Case Consultation Package of Four Sessions (Up to 6 participants, 90 min each session)- $200 total per participant

Group Case Consultation Package of Six Sessions (Up to 6 participants, 90 min each session)- $240 total per participant

Consultations services are typically held on Wednesdays and Fridays, however other days/times may be accommodated depending on need.
