Hi, I’m Kelli Smith
I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor residing in beautiful Montana. I own Big Sky Counseling LLC and specialize in treating OCD and related anxiety disorders. It is a privilege and joy to compassionately connect to my clients and offer an empathetic experience as we move through evidence-based treatment toward healing together. This is hard stuff! But it gets easier and I am always in awe of the courage my clients demonstrate as they pursue freedom from OCD and anxiety. I work with ages 14+ via telehealth and in-person.
I also offer consultation services for mental health professionals throughout the country who are seeking support and education to treat clients experiencing OCD and anxiety with individualized, compassionate, evidence-based practices. I love connecting with colleagues and hold absolute gratitude toward professionals who prioritize lifelong learning and growth!
When I’m not working I’m a busy Mom to four amazing kids and love spending quality time with my wonderful husband. I’m fluent in The Office and Friends quotes. Disneyland is my happy place (shout out to Guardians and Rise of the Resistance as the best rides, hands down!). I tackle life’s hard moments with lots of humor, some tears, and loads of Diet Coke (with coconut creamer, obviously). I hold tight to hope and believe we all deserve to lead a deeply meaningful life with healthy coping in place to move through the inevitable struggles we each face.
We’ve got this! Together.
Hi, I’m Ashley Schwartzman
Welcome! My name is Ashley Schwartzman, MS, PCLC. I graduated with my masters degree in clinical mental health therapy from The University of the Cumberlands. I currently offer telehealth sessions to counseling clients across the state of Montana.
I believe a strong therapeutic relationship between client and clinician is the first essential building block in client growth and change. The relationship is fostered through authenticity, empathy, and trust.
My therapeutic modalities include the use of structured ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) in treating anxiety-related disorders, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Additionally, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and skills training to address Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
My passion lies in working with individuals ranging from children as young as 6 years old to adolescents and adults, providing compassionate and effective therapy to help them overcome their challenges and live fulfilling lives. I strive to foster authentic connections to support client growth and change.
As a Montana native, I cherish spending time with my family and children, cheering on the Montana Grizzly football team, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, indulging in a good book, and coaching soccer.
I have gained valuable experience through my clinical work and continue to stay updated on the latest research and techniques in the field. I look forward to supporting you in your journey toward improved mental and emotional health.
